Virtual Consulting, founded in 1995, to provide leading edge academic and theoretical modelling and methodologies to organisations aspiring to mobilise their technical and human resources more appropriately to achieve higher returns on investment. The methodology is designed to ensure optimisation between time, involvement, cost and change, and is done through the mobilisation and participation of leadership and employees in designing appropriate change.
